"Customer Service Was a Total Nightmare"
I could not believe how bad the support was. They took forever to reply, and when they finally did, it felt like they barely read what I wrote. I was sitting there like, am I bothering you by asking for help? It felt like they just wanted me to disappear. Super frustrating and way more annoying than it needed to be.

"Install was more frustrating than I expected"
I kept thinking I’d figured out the pattern in the instructions, but then the next step wouldn’t quite line up with what I’d just done. The install took way longer than I planned, and I ended up redoing a couple parts twice because things weren’t clear the first time. It eventually worked out, but I definitely wouldn’t call it an easy setup.

"Stopped working way too soon"
I was hoping this would hold up better, but it broke in less than a month. I’m cautious about buying stuff that might fail early, and unfortunately this one feels like a risk I wouldn’t take again

I was disappointed when I saw it because the finish just didn’t look like what I expected, and the color was completely off too. I kept looking at it thinking maybe it was just the lighting or something, but no, it really didn’t match at all

The site looks clean enough and everything seems put together, so I can’t really complain too much. That said, it feels a little plain to me and doesn’t really stand out. It’s fine overall, just not especially memorable.

"It took longer to arrive than I thought..."
It took longer to arrive than I thought it would, but it did eventually show up. Not sure, but maybe they were backed up with orders or something. Overall, it got here in the end.

"Wish I’d Picked Something Else"
I’m kind of regretting this purchase. The box showed up with almost no padding inside, and the corners were already crushed when I opened it. Some of the slats had marks on them too, which was really disappointing. I expected it to be packed a lot better than this.

"Didn’t feel worth it for the price"
I ended up paying more than I thought I would, and after using it, I’m not sure I really got the value I was hoping for. It looks fine on the surface, but for the price, I expected it to feel a bit more solid or thoughtfully made.
Maybe it’s a better fit for someone else, and I can see how people might still like it. For me, though, it was one of those purchases that reminded me price doesn’t always match the experience. I probably wouldn’t buy it again unless it was much cheaper.

"For some reason, it just feels pretty..."
For some reason, it just feels cheap to me. I was expecting something a bit sturdier, but it doesn’t really feel like it’ll hold up well.

"I don’t know why, but these didn’t do much for the echo"
I bought these because I was hoping they’d help tone down the echo in my home office, but I don’t know why, I can barely tell a difference. The room still sounds sharp when I’m on calls, and music still seems to bounce around like it did before. They look decent on the wall, but for the price I really expected to notice some kind of improvement. Maybe I didn’t install them perfectly, but the instructions weren’t super helpful either.
